You need to figure out if the GCVW is Okay. YOu should be pretty close.

As one of the members mentioned to me prior to my purchase of a 2002 Excursion with 20K GCVW capacity................for towing my 37 Midnight

Safety for my family and others are paramount and that is my biggest concern.

......and the insurance company would not cover the insured if God forbid a tragic incident would occurif they were exceeding the limits.

And as another member mentioned its illegal and could bare the cost of a very expensive tow and multiple fines.
