Diesel programmers

have a 07 chevy kodiac with 6.6 the 2855 flash pak does not power up when plugged in the sales person from super chip that said it would work the tech's say no. What have you found works

Check your fuses. Look in the manual for the fuse that powers up the OBDII connector.
