Most of the rental places have a clause on the paper work that you can only tow a trailer that you rent from them. In other words you would not be able to tow your boat home. If you got in an accident you would be screwed.

If I was in your position I think I would take a week off and drive out. I think it would be less headache in the end for you.....

yeah seaford i can get alot of time off looks like my best option . boatntrkr from az to pa .we flew out their a few years ago and had a great time AZ CA and Nevada . we will see how the deal goes . there is a boat just listed this week up in li NY that has my interest looks like to me there are alot of good buys showing up right now
