The problem with gas motors towing the loads boaters tow is 1) they can't match the diesel torque anywhere close and 2) their torque peak comes much higher in the rpm band than the diesel. Fine for a bass boat but not for offshore boats...
I tow my tiger everywhere with a gas 8.1 w/ allison trans, tows perfect stops perfect, only change i am going to make is switching trailer to EOH, will have all that in the next week or so. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I've never had a lack of torque to get it up a ramp. oh and it's not 4wd

you forgot...it looks good in front of that Tiger..I like the lowered stance..Lets see a pic..
