The new Ram 2500 Laramies are between $45-$50k. The 3500 duallys are in the low $50s.

What color is your truck? Crew short bed?

I will not be another new truck test dummy for a while.Five 03 6.0's got me, 1 08 Kenworth with a DPF is killing me right now every 1000 miles another sensor of some sort and loss of power until I can get back in for service. I have an 02 Excursion with a 7.3 and 83k miles and a 99 f250 crew lariat with 65k and will rebuild them for years to come. I like the looks and features of the new ones but all of that can be added to an older one if desired. A friend of mine buys every 7.3 at a reasonable price and changes front end parts and sells the hell out of them.

That's where I am with my 2006 Ram dually. Instead of another 5-6 year note I'm going to upgrade this one as much as I can. I get great fuel mileage with the 5.9 and I can put almost everything in the cab aftermarket that the new ones have, maybe even the hydroform C pillar units to smooth out the ride.

King Ranch and Laramies are two different models.. Laramie should be compared with the Lariat.. and the 61K plus Fords on everyone I have looked at has navigation and killer stereo..

Jeff, did you buy one? I saw on dieselstop where you were going to wait until rebates kicked in. Maybe I read it wrong. I saw where you got a new F-150. I have been mulling over a new 2011 F-250 and your "reviews" are always well read.

My neighbor two houses over bought one with my assisstance from my friends over at Henderson Ford. I have a 10 F-150 fX-4 which I love.. but also have on order a lariat with the equipment I want and when it comes in if the rebates are more than what they are now.. I can elect to take delivery or pass it on for the next one I order..His was a F250 at 61K with Nav.white with silver bottom..good looking truck. mine came in at 58k loaded no nav F350 with 8' bed.. My F150 has a 5.5 bed..killing me for work.. but they have someone on it as we speak..Jeff
