Boat is in the storage yard. Sits on a great trailer. Tires might make the trip, but I will buy 6 new tires for it if you will stop at Discount Tire and let them put them on. Storage yard is supposed to be adjusting boat onto trailer correctly, but if not, there is a ramp real close. Just have to back it in and finish winching it up.

I am not sure if I can get there and back in time for a training class for work that starts on Sunday night.

Pays $1200 cash COD if it can get here.

Thanks,Jeff

Boat is actually in Redondo Beach. About 15 minutes south east of LA.

Thanks

LA as in Cali. It is just south of Los Angeles. It will be ready tomorrow. I was wanting it before I go back out of town, but it could wait a week as well.

Whatever I can find from someone.

I am checking some flat bed freight right now as well.

Thanks,Jeff

How many miles is that each way? It has to be 1500 miles easy. $1200 even for a guy driving that way empty seems a little light.

From your perspective you are going to spend more than that ($1200) driving from TX to CA and back.

I was recently offered 5K to deliver a TG from S. FL to S. Dakota. I laughed at the offer for 3 reasons: Long boring ride, had to drive back empty and owner was super anal and I didn't want to tow his boat across town nevermind cross country!

These have all been 1 way quotes on uship. had decent luck with them in the past. their quotes have been between 1000 - 1400. I just shot in the middle.

I calculated at 1600 each way. take me about $800 in fuel. I am just tight on time. I ahve a friend pulling some strings to move it somewhere safe until I can get there if it doesn't work out that I find a driver.

I love it when I guy owns a halfway nice boat and wants to pay nothing to ship it.

$1,200 for a 1,600 mile trip is a steal if you can get it. Make sure you use a reliable transporter. We recently paid almost twice that for a 1,250 mile trip.

I am suprised at $1200 as I would not quote any lower than $ 1.50 per loaded mile on a one way. Good luck.

Just got another quote for that amount, but I've decided to leave it over there another week and go get it myself next weekend. The money I save will cover the new tires.
