Any replace welded spindle on torsion axles???
 

Pretty much as the title states...came home this weekend and bearing took a chit somewhat close to home and luckily made it, but spindle took a beating from the bearings coming apart. My axles are torsion and not even 3 years old, so I hate to have to replace the whole axle.

Anyone have any luck cutting the old spindle out and re-welding a new one in place? Or is it really not worth the hassle???

Not worth it but just did it over the wekend. If you have the tools to do it your self it not bad just make sure it it dead ahead and not toed in/out or cambered in/out
