Default Boat haul from Jacksonville to Houston

Hi,

I was looking for a little help. Trying to get estimates for hauling a 2006 Carver 36 SS from a marina in Jacksonville to Conroe, TX (basically Houston).

Assume that there will be lifts at the start and end to pull off of the truck.

I've got one quote that doesn't include prep and lifts. Can anyone ballpark me what that should cost? I've got some calls in already to the marinas, I just want to keep them honest.

Also, anyone that you all would recommend for such a feat? Needs to have $150k+ insurance.

Thanks and cheers!!!

Brandon

Try Uship.com they can give you alot of good quotes, and when you get to conroe, make sure you use Inland Discount Marina to handle that monster, they have the travel lift to do the job.
