Sorry to hi-jack but whats the common practice for cleaning injectors (I have a 7.3 if that matters)? I feel like my Ford is down on power as well. Figured I'd start with injectors as the previous "bragged" he did the filter every 15k! Ouch.
I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, hope things get sorted out.

Sounds like a high pressure oil leak internal. Or the ipr is sticking. The cam and crank codes indicate a long crank at one time or a no start. Hey sick... I'm in the ozarks and posting from my phone. Ill try and find a computer. Going golfing now. Shoot me a text and ill call you 5635706010

Give me a year model and vin. i will pull warranty history and also check to see what all those sensors have in common. Im a Master certified Ford Diesel technician. I will do my best to help over the internet but really need to see what all the sensors are reading. Truck only has a vacume pump for 4wd and a/c systems. 45 degree cac boot at turbo if bad enough could cause a lack of power concern. The egr cooler leaking would cause a white smoke from burning coolant. could be an EP sensor. most likely a simple fix like a bad sensor. clear the codes and go drive it to see what codes come back. and post them up and we will see where to start.

ok looked at what codes you have. What is ICP sensor Voltage KOEO? Should be .24volts. 03 6.0 was the worlds worst about icp sensor not reading properly and causing drivability concerns. It is possible that icp could be reading a lower pressure than what is actually in the high pressure oil system and therefore the pcm is requesting the ipr valve closed more to increase this pressure and thus dumping more fuel than required.
Ficm m pwr should be above 45 volts at all times. double check ficm m pwr when driving down the hwy at 70.

P132b is a circuit code for the wiring going to the vgt actuator and the actuator itself. you can ohm the vgt actuator for an open and use a noid light on the vgt actuator connector and start truck and see if you have a light that dims and gets brighter with engine rpm. PCM varies resistance to ground to control the vgt actuator so you should have battery voltage KOEO. Using engine rpm to see a intensity change from the noid light is not the best way to test but im assuming you dont have a way to control output to the vgt actuator. Make sure wring to vgt actuator isnt chaffed or rubbing against any metal objects especially the turbo oil feed tube or the little steel retainer for the wiring on the turbo.
P0401 could be caused from the p006A code if you have a bad map sensor. make sure map, ep, and baro pressures read within 1 psi of eachother. make sure all sensors are connected and the connection is clean and tight.
p2263 is related to the p132b code and could also be related to what is causing p006a. check the cac outlet hose at the turbo as it is probably leaking anyway. I dont see the hose being the cause of the whole problem but it could be part of it.
p0683 The glow plug comminication ckt code i dont think is related to the driveability concern at all. so i wouldnt worry about it just yet.
Now for p2290: before i say what to check on that you first need to tell me what your icp sensor is reading KOEO then we will go from there. you need to check the icp sensor bias with the key on and engine off (KOEO). icp should read close to .24 volts.
