We also use my Bobcat 743 on occasion to move the boats around. It works pretty well but I think a tractor with Turning(steering) wheels would work better.

Thanks everyone for all of the suggestions. I think what Im going to try is a Ranch Hand or Top Gun bumper with the reciever. If that doesnt work I am going to rent the bobcat from my local rental house. They use them to move all their equipment around as well. I like the idea of removing a set of tires so that its easier to manuever and im not having to slide those as well. Im curious on the wheel dollies as the only ones i have seen have a load rating of 1550 pounds or less, the other issue is that its blacktop and I dont want the tires to sink in the pavement.
