Looking for a front opening Tonneau cover.

For a short bed F250. I know I've see the pics of a folding tonneau cover that can either be folded open from the back OR the front.

Buddy has a flush/under the rails tool box/fuel tank mounted at the front of the bed; for which occasional access is needed, but also looking to put a tonneau cover over the whole bed.

Anyone know the one?
