good looking rig. It depends how long you want to mess with selling it, and how many idiots you want to deal with.
$8K would get rid of it quick. $12K and you might sit on it a long while, or you might luck in to someone who wants it right away.
I was looking for one last year at this time and had a $7500 budget, and found some not nearly in as good of condition, or higher miles in my price range. I ended up deciding to go diesel, and with the prices on these things with a diesel, I ended up buying an F350 instead.

Thanks for the input guys.

A couple of years ago the value seemed to tank on these with high fuel prices. Right now they are back up because if you have lots of people to haul and something to tow there is nothing else on the market that compares.

My wife's boss asked if we would consider selling it because he has four children and they pull a small trailer to the mountains. I said yes and he drove it a day and loved it. He could not believe how clean it is especially inside. I priced it at $14K hoping for a fair offer and I think he thought I was crazy. That is pretty mush what triggered this. Anyway I got a pm today from a fellow boater in texas that says he could go $12K if he can get it transported under $1K. he told me that all he has found have 124K and up miles and are not in as good of condition and don't have the indash navigation which he really likes.

I think if I can get $12K to $12.5K I will let her go.

Thanks again

Not worth sh!t without a diesel.

My friend spent a couple months here in central texas looking for a nice diesel one, found tons of gas ones people were practically throwing away but he finally found a nice diesel one for $16k with less than 100k miles, he regularly gets 19-20mpg on trips after doing exhaust and a tuner.
Another friend that works for a video compnay bought a gas one that looked brand new last year for $8k but only because the company pays for his gas on shoots. I ran audio for one of the shoots out in Midland, at a steady 65mph best mpg it got was 12mpg, he says in the city it rarely breaks 10mpg.. LOL..
Id say if you get $12k for it dont hesitate !

What is the actual towing capacity of these things?
