Just got this a week ago 2008 S550 4Matic with Panorama Roof and a rear seat package since I have gotten a driver now... get more work done.

Nice ride, goes great to be driven around.

Now I have to sell my CLS500

You really ride in the back seat? You are a big guy, is there enough room back there?

Rear seat legroom in the S class is like a limo, kinda like sitting on your sofa at home Steve

HAHA....I thought my wife's A8L was pretty roomy but GLH is a big guy and I wasn't sure how the S550 compares especially from the rear seats!

Remember Princess Diana thought they were roomy until the end....you know the very end!

Well I don't have a french drunk guy driving it.

Plenty of space, I'm in it right now going to the office typing on the laptop.

I bought a 2002 CL500 about a year and a half ago. I love the car, but as mentioned before by others the ABC has cost $$$
It took the MBZ dealer 3 tries to fix it and cost was about $2K. I didn't drive the car for the last 3 weeks and when I went into the garage yesterday it was sitting very low in back. I started it up and hit the suspension lift button and it picked right up, then I hit the normal ride position and all seemed ok.
Am I about to get another surprise with the suspension. I love the car, but don't love the repair bills.

Change the fluid & filter in the suspension. It's a 70% chance that's the problem. The dealer likes to replace the shocks.
