Wear Sleeves
Has anyone ever encountered wear sleeves when installing new bearings and seals on a MYCO Trailer? Mine were partially damaged so I removed them, now I can't find them. any suggestions? these sleeves are all the way on the back of the spindle

I wore sleeves today, kind of chilly out... :party-smiley-004:
Good news is it is going to warm up later in the week and that overgrown rat up in PA said Spring will be here before we know it! Then I can make good on all those beers people owe me. |
MYCO is selling them.

http://www.airtighthubs.com/products-sport-7000.php you will also need the super seal and more sealant...:) |
Yep, I was confused by it at first as well. It's actually a two-piece hub seal that is used for oil bath hubs. Get them from Myco.

mystery solved and parts in transit thanks for all of your help.

Good deal, make sure you put them on when the temp is up a little so the sealant sets properly, if you have any questions let me know...

They actually make a tool that sets those rear axle seals in perfectly; better than the 4x4 and a 2# sledge method. I bought mine used, so not sure who makes it. "Dock Holiday" can probably get one for you.
