Looks like it's got every option known to man. Edge chip, Infinity sound system, navigation and DVD plus the HUGE Megacab stand out immediately for me. Motor's not broken in yet. As for it being lifted I think the stock 4x4 height is enough to clear the 24" wheels but I could be wrong.

If I was fond of black(which I'm not) I would bid on it.

what fuel milege do think that truck would get?

obviously not worried about it. but would still like to know.

Depends on what other mods he's done. 4x4 and 6.7 with the Edge j/a I would say 13-15 hwy.

For comparison my 06 dually with the 5.9, no mods and stock wheels/tires I got 21-23 hwy. 4x4 and 6.7 will cost 4-5mpg. Mind you this is running below 2000rpms.
