I think some cars have already had these for years, just took 1984 a little longer to get here.

It shouldn't take long for someone to figure out how to defeat them. Maybe a few seconds in the microwave... :)

GM ecm's already store most all of that info...so if ever in a crash...remove the ecm and store yourself....just to be sure...they have been used in court cases
