Has anyone tried 20 inch rims on a Dodge 2500. How does it ride? I have the stock 17's on mine.I was wondering if the ride would be too rough since I would have to have a lower sidewall with 20's

People often attribute plus sizing as the cause of poor ride, however the decreased sidewall height is not often fully at fault, or sometimes plays very little roll at all. The additional unsprung weight (increased weight of wheel/tire) is more detrimental in ride quality then the reduction in sidewall height.

Take a set of the cheapest, heaviest import chrome wheels vs. a quality lighter forged set of wheels on the very same tires and anyone will notice the difference in ride.

Are those available as truck rims? Check out the load capacities too.

a friend has a 2005 dodge 4x4 cummins with 35'' GoodYears on his stock rims,,,they clear with no problems..just so you know you dont have to run the rubber band tires on a 20'' rim..

you can use this chart for sizeing..click on specs.
