I have a 6.7 2011 and I love the truck over my 08F450. I am glad i did the deal.

Had 08 6.4. It was a fuel sucking dawg off the lot. Within 1500 miles did the DPF delete and 250 program from Spartan. The truck turned into a Mustang beatin monster with 17 mpg. Ran it hard for 90k with "0" problems. Just traded it in on a 11 6.7. This truck is very satisfying. Great milage, pulls very strong. I won't change a thing. BTW, heard the 6.7s can't be turned up enough to compete with a chipped 6.4 due to the turbo.

I have an '08 F250 6.4 and absolutely love it. I have around 90k on it. I had the radiator replaced due to the thermostats hyperextending and allowing increased pressure. I pull my boat and stock trailer frequently as well as hauling farm equipment...No issues. You can buy aftermarket pumps for less than 8000 dollars. Pulling expensive horses like you do I dont think you would want a crossbreed truck, (cummins in a Ford). Dont get me wrong cummins is a fantastic engine but will not compete with 6.4 for power, at least not stock. If you pay attentiont to any of the new tests done on these trucks the new fords and dodges that is dodge doesnt come close to Ford and Chevy. Any of the new "emissions" trucks have issues. Again, I dont wish to bash any brands I am just saying that for all the money you could spend making swaps and all you could simply modify your 6.4 and have an incredible truck.

I am at the point when I change trucks, it will have a warranty.
When it runs out, I will trade it or sell it. As for mods, that is what my boat and bikes are for, I for one want the truck reliable! Hook it up and go, I'll don't have time to keep dinking with a ton of vehicles. |

Lol, yeah ya gotta glue those on with Merc bellows cement and tighten the spring clamps until the spring bottoms out.

2010 6.4 , hose leak caused low coolant, went into reduced p m. dealer repaired, drove 10 mi and same reduced pm, back to dealer, transmision temperture sensor replaced. few hundred mi later all is good.85000 mi hoping for 300000 mi . just the facts, no hearsay here.

Or shoot them with some hairspray and clamp them together quick .
