much better in all areas that really matter. The 11 250 which is stricly a hauler/delivery truck has 101k...been awesome.. the mileage improvements over the 08 and 10 it replaced is a major savings..incl. the fluid required. The power stock is all that is needed.. I use to run a few trucks down at the track on Wed. nights..it was fun but costly when she broke.. I leave them stock, cause the dealer that I buy from has a lifetime powertrain warranty..so when my tranny goes at 200k..it costs me 50.00...I let them do all the service as well..tough combo to beat at the moment. the 350 is my personal truck, that hauls my trailers, track hoes and so on...This truck with her 8' bed is like a country caddilac...just got home from Ft Pierce delivering a Ameracat..no fatigue, awesome seats...power, and I really like the 36 gallon tank...
