WTB: Ford Dually Truck
WTB: Ford Dually Truck, 1999'-2003', with 7.3 Liter Diesel (No 6.0 Liters), with 4x4 and automatic, and 75,000 miles or less. Either a crew cab short bed, or a super cab long bed or short bed. Must be in excellent to mint condition. I am willing to travel and pay good money for the right truck. Thanks, Larry

Good Luck!

No Sh**! Good Luck. IMO you're asking alot. You're talking a 10-13 year old truck and only 75000 miles, mint, etc......Thats like finding a needle in a haystack. Hope you find what you're looking for though!

Go with the 6.7. It is the best motor they've put out, period. Not too mention, almost 20mpg outta the box!
|
Love my 6.0 excursion. Delete the egr and its bulletproof. 7.3s are good motors but make no power.
|
Until I see a 6.0 or 6.7 with 300,000-500,000 miles without any issues, like I've had out of the 5 or 6, 7.3's, I am not interested. As far as power, my 7.3 pull will 15,000 # not even grunt, so they do everything I want to do, and I still get 16-81 mpg, with an automatic. And look at what a 7.3 truck brings in $$$, and the demand for them, over a 6.0. A 17,000 mile one e-bay just brought $35,000.

Put your specs into autotrader.com and eBay.com . That is really the only two places you might find such.
I think both of them now have alerts that send you an update when something in your desired specs pops up. This is the lowest mileage one I could find: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false The Lariat LE was the predecessor to the King Ranch. They only built 2000 of them over model years 2000/2001. I have one and love it; will probably keep it forever. |
