What' the issues your having? Call the dealer

I had a car that was involved in 5 accidents while I owned it. None of the accidents were my fault. All 5 had police reports and insurance claims. Two times the insurance companies totaled the car. I bought it back each time. When I was looking for a car to replace it I decided to get a carfax membership. At the time I think you could get 3 months with unlimited searches. So of course I searched every car I was looking at plus my car and most of my family and friends. My car showed 1 of the accidents but it wasn't even one of the totaled ones. Some of the other cars I knew the history on the report was wrong.

Which is true. There is a legal definition behind everything and the possibility for everything. Now saying you are saying to bring the dealer to court. But lawyers have invented this atmosphere of everything is suable. Friends alond with myself over the years have came across situations that you would think are court worthy, but its truely not the case. usually there is an out for just about everything, and like you said it usually involves knowingly and that is the key word. Ultimately going to court is a risk and involved who has more money.
