Jaime

Where are you located?

Try this.....under the coolant reservoir where the drivers side valve cover is, unplug the two big connectors. Key on, engine off. Then, plug them back in. If the truck fires immediately after, you have trouble with the ficm. This is common if your base battery voltage is below 10 during crank....you may have fried it....

Yeah the 6.0 is a chain reaction kind of motor. Bad batteries kill FICMs, bad FICMs, kill injectors. Also Bad oil coolers kill EGR coolers, bad egr coolers blow head gaskets.

We go through sinister for erg delete....good move no matter what.

Arp and onyx gaskets for the heads.". He'll...damn torque wrench for this job was over 600bux.....

Cast hpop sucks. Aluminum one rocks.....Looks homemade....but way better....from ford...only....

We perform a buzz test prior to disassembly. Then, cab off and go!

The local ford dealerships use three of us in swfla for 6.0....and I sure am happy about that!

Once cab off, I put 450psi nitrogen throuh hpos....it Tells me if it Its a dummy plug, stand pipe....hpop....random oring......

Anyway....gimme a shout...

FYI....I do fleet for fedex, christo and several others....plus the stuff that comes from ford and by rep.

I have read that the Onyx gaskets are garbage. There have been numerous falures from guy on powerstroke.org. Most people there run OEM gaskets with ARPs.
