Talked to both Myco and BrakeRite and it ended up being a bad SD module on the trailer. They were both great to work with - gave me the test procedure and pointed right to the bad part. Thanks for all the help everyone.

What's a SD module and how do you test for it? :cartman:

Its a little white box installed on the frame if the trailer that plugs into the truck and into the trailers brake pump. You unplug the leads and add 12V to various terminals to see if the pump runs and if the brakes activate. My pump ran and brakes activated with power applied just wouldn't do so going thru the white box.

Hope this helps!!

The SD module is different than this module. The SD is part of the brake system whereas the little black box is something that you need to add for Ford and Chevy trucks. I have thar one too. I'll get a picture or teo and post them.
