Suburban Yukon Pricing

Casually shopping for a left over 2012 Yukon XL or suburban. More burbs to select from in the area. I know about the incentives, but I assume I'd be able to take a nice chuck off MSRP with the 2013s everywhere and the 2014 redesign right around the corner. Any insight as to how much of a hair cut I can can give them?

tahoe/sub won't be redesigned in 14....at least that what I was told..a year after the silverado

Not what the rumor mill says.

Of course it could also be an Escalade. Perhaps Caddy comes out a year earlier than Tahoe/Yukon??? Time will tell.

There is only about a 3k spread between invoice and msrp, then the 3k rebate. So if you are getting anything past 6k off the sticker on a new 2012 you are reaching into their pocket.

Of course if you start with a soon to be 2 year old truck and then trade it once the new one arrives then they will be quick to show you some depreciation right back!

the yukon denali xl will whip the chit out of a suburban...the 2500 suburbans are p ussys for towing with the 6.0's.just a heads up..

Not towing with it. Just a family hauler. Today I picked up a new 2012 Suburban LT. Pretty loaded; 20s, NAV, 2nd row captains chairs, dual DVD, heated seats, etc. Sticker was 56600. Got them to 47000. It was a demo with 6k on it. Had to get up and leave and be called back.

No buyer's remorse yet. Coming from a 2010 Lincoln MKT EB, I will say I have given up a lot of power and technology for room.

Brother in law just bought a Denali a couple months ago. AWD in this vehicle is stupid. The leather shift knob doesn't justify the price difference.

That is my biggest complaint with my wife's Tahoe. They are lethargic.

Tahoe/Yukon/suburban/yukonxl will be redesigned for 2014. We won't see them until 1st quarter. Timing is not GM's strong point. It may be released as a 2014.5. The new crew cab 1/2 tons will hit in late June/early July of this year.

I have seen them. You won't be disappointed. Lots of luck with the new Burban! I admit they are lacking in frills but it's nice to have all that space and reliability.
