New Reciever Hitch time...

So its time to buy a new trailer hitch..Mine now seems to have a lot of play in it, so Im going to upgrade...cheap insurance right?? I was looking at these two hitches since I tow boats with a 2 5/8 and others with 2 inch tonges..what one would you pick??

I tow boats and trailers ranging from a 12 foot box trailer, too a 28 ft pontoon with twins on it..but my main pull is a 24 Baja outlaw..I really like the ez adjust, cause I don't need all that polished flash on my truch..for one, my truck is all black from the wheels to the windows..but that doesn't matter, Im looking for safety..The B&W does look alittle more stout..

The aluminum ones have been known to break. Given your use, I'd go with the first one. It's simple and appears stout. Pulling and moving all those pins all the time is a PITA, especially when they start to corrode a little bit.

I have the Anderson, the second one on your list. I bought the next one that has a 6" adjustment up and 6" down. It's a nice piece. Very easy to adjust. Figured I would buy this and hopefully never have to buy another. I picked it up for 150 shipped on ebay.

Been using it on my 28 Velocity with no issues.

I have been using the B & W Tow & Stow with the 2" and 2 5/16" ball for about a year. No signs of rust yet - looks as good as the day I bought it. Used only in fresh water. Very easy to adjust and would recommend.

I have this one and have been towing my 29 fountain for 3 years with it, and no problems, spray some WD40 on it every once in a while and it looks new, no rust at all. Buddies both have them as well, and no breaking of any kind.
