And that my friends, is how you make the wheel bearings on your trailer truly maint. free and last forever.

Rollin1405 10-15-2013 12:22 PM

I like how he even has the trailer lights for the boat plug in and working. Pure talent.

PTM had just pulled his camera-phone out as he just took a high-velocity/high-altitude piece of errant tackle from the bass boat; picture was to document the situation.

Magic Medicine 10-15-2013 01:49 PM

Wow

Wildman_grafix 10-15-2013 01:55 PM

Brian............you're slacking.

Where is the towing capacity of the motor home? Along with GVCW, and GVWR. Do we know the total cargo weight?

I know you have the numbers for the F150, but do you have the numbers for the F150 being used as an actual trailer?

That F-150 surely has the MaxTow package which covers all aspects; forward, topside, and aft of the hitch.

My only question: Why are the mirrors extended on the Ford? :D

That so the driver can see if his truck and boat are still behind him.

Plowtownmissile 10-15-2013 03:57 PM

I was wondering if anyone would notice the lights working on the boat trailer too lol

The picture was taken this morning by an old friend of mine between St. Louis and Springfield MO

Maybe I'm missing something here, but how exactly are they going to get the boat off the truck once they have reached the water front trailer park they're clearly traveling to?

Just back the Ford down the ramp, and launch float the boat & trailer off. :D

Any boom equipped tow/recovery truck can lift/remove that in about 15 minutes. See post number 16 by 30ftpanther as well:

And I thought the guys we used to see at the MX track with their 1 tons and a 5 wheel non toy hauler with a 16' enclosed behind the 5th wheel for the bikes had a contraption. This is definitely one upping them. It was always funny to see them come in Friday night at 1-2am unhook the enclosed then park the camper then have to park the trailer. An hour later... Lol

c2boatman 10-15-2013 09:41 PM

he is delivering a motor home, an f-150 and a boat, he got the loads from USHIP

Kyain 10-15-2013 09:59 PM

christ don't let my father see this... he's already talked about a hydraulic trailer that could raise the car and boat go under or raise the boat and car under...

offshorexcursion 10-16-2013 08:25 AM

Actually there are a few companies that make those dual trailers.....pretty cheesy looking and not built strong IMO

abmotorman 10-16-2013 09:28 AM

Pretty cool. Might make for a fun vacation. Off road trail riding one day, fishing the next. All living in the comfort of your rolling home. Nice

ezstriper 10-27-2013 08:45 AM

guess he figured out how to get that claimed highway mileage...
