So you're saying Michelin does not require paperwork?!

2011 F-350 6.7 is what I have and I did rotate them regularly with a mix of driving conditions loaded and unloaded and you'll be hard pressed to get 40K out of them. Whether you need actual paperwork or not that is what I was told by friends, the warranty paperwork did state that I needed to provide it, as does the link from the Michelin site. I thought it also had to be an authorized Michelin service provider but it looks like it may have been removed. My problem, I rotated my own tires and they never had vibrations and all four wore perfectly even, just too quick.

HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT?

7.For treadwear replacement claims, documents showing that your tires

You just have to find a dealer willing to do the paperwork, but since you already bought a new set of tires it is going to be hard. Michelin gives dealers a credit on account for the pro rated amount, dealers will apply that to a new set of tires, very few if any will turn that into actual cash for you.

I have the Michelins on my 2011 F-250 diesel, 275 60 20 LTX AT2. I have 62000 on them but they are done. Rotated 2 times. They have been great for me.

I am not looking to do anything now since this is all water under the bridge. I have a close relationship with the dealership's service and parts departments as well as the tire shop that also sells Michelins and neither of them said they could do anything without paperwork. I never expected cash, just pro-rated towards a new set, I guess they didn't want to do paperwork.:angry-smiley-038:
