It hooks both stems together and if the yellow thing in the middle starts to open up u add air

Sad to say, but I check mine if and when the lower part of the sidewalls get closer together .I do check them properly before a long haul.

Well worth a $160 bucks. Equalize tire psi and if one blowes or gets a leak it splits the two plus one easy valve to use.

I do check my tires nearly every time I drive the truck though. I use the laser pyrometer (laser temp gun) to make sure tire temperatures are uniform at every stop; especially when towing. It works fantastic for such.

High temp = something is wrong. It's probably one of the best tools that I own. EVERY ONE of us should have one.


They make valve stem tube extenders that bring them to the outside wheel and mount there. They are easy to install and can be found at most truck accessory places. Just incase you wanted to go that route they take about 30 minutes to install!
