Site to buy wheels only?
 

Hey guys,

I need to buy a rim for a new spare for my trailer. I am having a heck of time finding a site that sells wheels without tires. I already have a tire sitting here.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried discount tire?? Etrailer.com probably has just rims.

Yeah that's where I got the tires, all they had were those heinous white ones that I imagine turn to rust as soon as I get within 50 miles of the coast.

If so, I was just in McClain here in Houston and they had quite the display of all types trailer wheels.

Wheels and tires are so cheap these days just buy a new wheel and tire and sell your rim. Or just switch the tires and sell the new rim.

i usually look at tire rack (or any other online site) for the best price i can find.....then go to summit racing and see if they carry that brand...if they do i call them and have them beat the price....usually they only beat it by $1 but at least i know summit has some quality stuff and stands behind their sales :D

I really lucked out. I went to pick up my trailer from getting my wallet raped I mean uhhh getting EoH added. I asked if they had any wheels, the guy said absolutely, I was expecting to get similarly gouged. Found a decent used one for $5.

It's unbelievable the difference it makes. Once I added that my EcoBoost does fantastic with it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
