SweetPea Dominates Your Wife's Escalade!
Sydwayz and I might not agree on SRWvsDRW on HD trucks but we do agree to NOT tow heavy with your Wife's soft suspension short wheelbase soccer mom SUV!
EOH brakes are a MUST also. http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...ps919c5bcd.jpg http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...psc0abc8b1.jpg http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...psf9b9688f.jpg http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...ps063ce7c3.jpg http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...ps46b1b306.jpg |

I have dreams once in a while where I can drive boats over land and down highways without an issue.
|
The Trailer looks to be a P.O.S. which could have contributed to the end result. But when I see this type of stuff going on I must put the blame on the lack of parenting, as in getting their offspring ready for life, and a diluted Gene Pool!!
|
Is that a new escalade you are hauling?
|
Yeah they new 15's are pretty sweet! We just picked it up in Phoenix and were on our way to grab the other 2 when we passed Sweet Pea!
Yes abones I agree the trailer looked sub par. http://i1140.photobucket.com/albums/...psfce140d5.jpg |
How much axle weight are you carrying on the singles?
|
Normally around 7000lbs over the rear axle (4500lbs on the front and about 12-16,000lbs on the trailers) Which is under the weight rating of the upgraded forged wheels and HD tires. I have had 8500-9000lbs over the rear with zero problems.

EOH brakes are a MUST also. https://fbcdn-sphotos-c-a.akamaihd.n...52985849_o.jpg You dont like my Scoccer mom soft suspension truck for boat pulling duty :angry-smiley-038: Air bags work excelent. We like it, pulls great down the road, plenty of power, 10 mpg, brakes work ok. Im not setting any records but then again 14,000 lbs isnt going to stop on a dime. Seats 4 adults and 1 kid comfortable, with plenty of leg room. :ernaehrung004: |
