So did you get to tow with the new truck this weekend ?

How did you like it if so?

Towed my work trailer. I was on an emergency response in West Bumphuck ohio. Middle of NOWHERE edge of a cornfield digging soil samples for testing- Ethanol tanker rolled.

Truck pulled the work trailer GREAT.

Truck is getting 20 mpg and 14 when pulling. I love it...

I'm a ford guy. I have an old camaro, but for trucks, I really felt like Chevy sheet tha bed after 88 going to aluminum transfers and garbage rears.....plus crap design exterior and interior....

I absolutely LOVE the 6.0 ford. Makes an azz load of power, and pays me well to fix all the dumb stuff ford did, therefore, no love for the dirtymax.

Rewind to last Tuesday......
My buddy mike (iculookin) dropped by the shop immediately prior to shipping out for another 28 days in the gulf......in a 2015 drw long bed, black on black.....double cab.....fully optioned dirtymax.

Hold on a minute! Are you phuckin kidding me? Really? Chevy stepped up their game.....

Nice damn truck......pulls like a freight train, and a waaaay smoother torque curve than any turbo I have ever driven. The interior is unbelievable......and the " tracking" back up camera is ill. Love the way you can see the receiver in the image. No more dealing with the dumbazz wife or friend that tells you three inches to the left after you are all the way back with a bent tag......

Lots o love for Chevy now......

I was hoping for a 2015 duramax to replace my 05. Then my accountant called me and told me to spend money before the end of 2013. The interior on the 2014 2500HD was identical to my wife's 2007 Tahoe, and I hate that F'ing thing. I ended up with a 2014 F350 Powerstroke Platinum. I love the truck. I wish I would have had the option of the GM though, I feel they really stepped their game up on this truck, and my 2005 Duramax was a flawless truck.

I really don't know if you can go wrong with any of the diesels from the big 3 right now.

That's really the thing...you can split hairs but they are all absolutely fantastic now.

Dodge still can't put a trans behind anything

I rode in a 2013 Dodge 2500hd and a 2011 Ford 350powerstroke while down on the ER Job. Clearly GM has the best interiors with these new 2015's and the quietest truck.

Now that you have the new truck, you need a bigger boat... That Scarab 26 is way too small for a Duramax, and the reds are different shades....
And don't use the ol' "it's in Florida" excuse, that truck will pull it!

(Yes, I've been stalking you online. I'm stalking several members with Sportsters and Concept 27's, LOL).

I agree that the GM interior is top notch, but that 2011 Ford had a mild interior upgrade in 2013. Mostly just with the navigation/sync setup, but there were a few subtle changes made.
