On my 3500 dually 2005 I pulled the. Axles ..you have to remove all the wheel studs to seperate the hub from rotor .. As I remember their was 2 size rotors also I had the larger ones but bought both just. Incase ... Also get new wheel seals .. There a goofy seal That turns inside itself and as I rember you install it on the axe first .. Hope this helps

The hubs have to be pulled to change the rotors on a DRW. The seal is a two piece seal that splits in half when you remove the hub (I usually pull with a slide hammer). Install the new seal to the hub and then install the hub on the spindle. Make sure everything is right before you seat the hub or you will wreck the new seal pulling it back off.

Remove the caliper bracket bolts 1st, and then you have to pull the shafts, then take the rotor and hub assembly off as one. Then you can un bolt the rotors from the hub. Put a new seal in the back of the hub, and put a new gasket on the shaft when you put it back together. The caliper bolts and shaft bolts have thread lock on them so its going to take a little to remove them.

If you need any info on the removal or installation send me a PM and ill send you my number and I can walk you through it.
