I have used Coopers for years. I even named my dog Cooper.
I'm flattered that you named your dog after me...

All at3 is only a d rated tire in the 35" size?

Toyo at2 extremes
First set of the extremes, but have had 2 other sets of the at2s.
Seem to last and ride nice too.

Most important: what size wheel diameter are we talking?

I see several 34/35 OD tires in 18/20 wheel diameters rated at E load rating here:

Cooper Discover AT3:
http://us.coopertire.com/Tires/Light...ERER-A-T3.aspx

Great looking tire IMO as far as the side wall goes:

Exact same set of LT305/70R16 AT3 tires on my Dodge and then Chevy:

And FWIW, these are Cooper/Roadmaster RM253 tires at 33" OD on 19.5 rims on my dually too:

It's worth it to spend the coin on aftermarket wheels purely because one normally buys a wider wheel. This increases your lateral stability and footprint, and improves your towing a bit. You will not regret making a jump up to 18s and going to a 9 or 10 inch wide wheel.

Do you have a link for the 19.5's? I'd like to upgrade when my dually needs tires. I know some will want to hang me but my single rear wheel f350 has load range d 285 75 16 Yokohama geolander ats. Made it 70,000 miles, a lot of it towing 12k plus.

RM253 is what I am running, all 6 of them plus a spare.

Just put Cooper Zion ltz's on my f250 and am pleasantly surprised , good tire so far in gravel and mud and fairly quiet on the highway. Ran destination's before and although they held up well they just didn't have the traction I'd like.
