Here is the unicorn part:
IT HAS NEVER TOWED A TRAILER of any type. There is not one scratch or nick on the OEM trailer hitch.
The guy just liked big motor vehicles, as he had a Suburban with the 8.1L as well which he recently sold.
I have a stack records in a folder that is 3" thick, which literally included receipts for wiper blades from 2005 and the like.
The best part:
$14K
It has the light oak/neutral interior, so the carpet needs shampooed, and needs a new driver's seat bottom cushion; but that is it. (BTW, I have never seen Arrival Blue with Neutral/Tan leather before; was definitely ordered specifically as such.)
No Obama birth certificate in the glovebox though JS!
I'll take some pictures in the next few days, but I need to pull my big fender flares, wheels, tires, spacers, and Class-V hitch off of my 200K truck and move them to the unicorn.

It has 4.10 gears which is somewhat rare in a 2500HD with the 8.1. Most have the 3.73 unless special ordered with the 4.10.
We got down to $16,500 cash over the phone, and he said for any less than that he would keep it.

I bought it through an independent dealer who really only listed on CL for the original owner, a lifelong friend of his. Since I had the original owner's address, I just Googled it; and sure enough, it's on the street view:
