Slide your axles forward 13 1/2", and put EOH disc brakes on, and you'll be fine. lol

Boat doesnt go far very usally about 100yd to the boat landing and back, sometimes I take it 3 miles up the road to the bigger lake. Somday I'll make fenders for it :) lol
