Boat trailer from Canada to Nj

I purchased a boat trailer and it's in Canada, what do I need to bring back across border? I have a US registration and tag for it. It's set up for a Semi tractor. Hydraulic brakes (not air) Would also be willing to pay to have some one transport it as well.
