Hi guys, Its been awhile since I have been on :) I am a formula owner again. The boat came with a trailer but it was not rigged specifically for the stepped hull. Who has images of there trailers with the bunk set up for the fastech stepped hull? South Florida trailer rigged my last one in 03 but they are no longer in business :(

I have the spec sheet :) I just can't remember if the last one was separate bunks or one continuous LOL The trailer bunks were shaved down to match the steps but I do not care for the way she loads and unloads :( the trailer is a 15 so I was just going to have the bunks remade to fit her.

Let's see a pic of what you have now for bunks.

South Florida trailers are often just large 4" wide bunks standing on end, cut out to fit the hull shape, and don't load too well.
1) I would suggest forward V-bunks that catch the bow and place it in the center of the trailer aimed for the bow stop.
2) I am guessing your trailer has a bow roller setup, as most of the ones I have seen. Ditch that and go with the 2-piece setup like Myco, Manning, and Evolution use. You can buy them as an adjustable kit. Links have been posted here on OSO in the past.
3) And last, you are going to have a better trailer retrieving experience if you have flat 2x6s for the main bunks, at least 2 on either side of the keel. You may be able to create a "hybrid" by adding 2x6s outside of the main bunks that are on the trailer now.

I tried to post pics of two step trailers I transport boats like yours with... in both cases the trailer is built with individual steps.
