I don't believe the 265 70R 17's are 10 ply I need to get out after the holidays are over and start looking seriously. Anyone know for certain if I can run a 275 or 285 70R 17 on my stock 17" rims?

The LT265/70R 17 Toyo AT2 has a load index of 121 which = 3197 lb per tire on a 8 inch wide rim at 80 psi
A load range E 10 ply tire = 121

Running Falken Wildpeak A/T3W's on my Jeep and love them.

I have these on my Titan and like them as well. Good traction in rain and snow and seem to wear very well.

I was about to say the same, have heard nothing but good from the toyo's, but have heard even better on the nitto's, had the Terra grapplers and loved them, I think I'm gonna try the ridge grapplers next myself

I got a set last month for a work truck. Saw the truck today and noticed they were the toyo open country. Price was good and they look like the old Michelin LTX's I used to buy but a few hundred cheaper.

Truck went about 1000 miles so far, didn't really notice anything good or bad

Thanks for all the feedback....I had the Falken Wild Peak on my F250 and had no complaints, I really want a white letter tire which I have not seen in the Toyo so the Michelin will be my next choice.

I switched from the garbage Nexen tires that came stock on my 2016 Ram dually HUGE difference , They have seen snow in the UP and never felt out of control. +1 for me on the recommendation.

UPDATE: I had the new Toyo Open Country tires mounted on the truck today big difference over the old 265 70R 17 Goodyear tires.....and just in case anyone else wants to is wonder despite what the Dodge Truck forums say you can fit a 285 70R 17 on the truck without the tires rubbing in fact there is about 4"-5" to spare.
