Bunk slides vice carpet

This off season I had planned to replace all the bunk carpets, as they are a but worn..plus a few lakes i plan to use around us are pretty strict about no power load.

I saw these sliders. They get spaced no more thsn 4 inches from. Each other so 3 sets is my requirement
And cannot seem to find weight ratings.
however
I have 4 bunks..two sets are stern to around 16 feet
with outboard ones 12 feet
So lots of support.
plus keel rollers
anyone have good, bad or ugly on these

They protect the bunks and work nice.
I had to take a few off because the boat would slide around on the trailer.

On Bad Kitty I used PVC 4x4`s , no carpet or sliders needed, will never rot.

I use the sliders on my SeaDoos' trailer but would never consider it for a boat trailer...carpet only for me. IMHO the "cushioning effect" of the carpet is worth it's weight in gold, and protection of the gelcoat would be non-existent, even perhaps DAMAGING, using sliders under a heavy boat.

that is one of my concerns
Boat gets lashed down
radial tires and the correct springs do give ot a nice ride.
I need to do more research
The previous owner really put lot of time setting trailer and boat up very well to support
Thanks all

I had a heavy 1985 Cig on that trailer that I towed all over the country for 12 years and I guarantee you there was no damage to the gel coat.
Ive had way more damage from ripped carpet exposing rotted wood and junk getting tangled in the carpet. The slides protect the bottom
What cushining does a carpet provide? The wood still flexes.
