Master cylinder replacement on Dico model 60 (D100)

I’m replacing the master cylinder and the plunger was rusted to the old master cylinder. I had to take apart the plunger on the old master cylinder and should have take a picture of how it was setup but I didn’t and now I’m trying to figure out how much to tighten the nut on the plunger.
