has anyone tried an imco -2 lower on a 280 Velocity?? if so what were the results.

i have a merc two inch shorty that i tryed i did not have time to play with props so i pulled it off i plan to try it again this year my brother also tried one on his it worked better with a 5 blade, he may jump in.... but i thank with some work they will work

Another fella up here in Michigan, who probably has the most "seat time" with a 280, bolted one on last summer shortly before Shootout......real world results +1 maybe 2 MPH gain. That was just bolting it on with the same prop, he said with some fine tuning there may be a little more left.
This guy won his class at Shootout 91mph, last year he won with 111mph, I think he's won his class 4-5 times.
