Actually if you take your Lips and flap them on the back of a 22 it would go about 200 mph.You run your mouth and I guarentee that you can not back it up.better check on this wager before you make it.And when I win your boat you will not need as much gas to get home because you will not be pulling any weight.

Sick Stinger 03-10-2008 11:31 AM

This is true. Unless i have to take 2 boats home, Then i have to find a spot for them boat, but i can manage that. And if itgoes go 200, then i will be able to leave you in my wake, and learn how to drive 200 m.p.h. instead of 100 ill be ahead of you all over again.

Hyper, not to sound un-experienced (although i'm new velocitys) i've heard the 32's were a handful at speed, any particular reason why? and what exactly do they do?

Shore Thing 03-10-2008 12:35 PM

Can't this be hashed out over a game of wall-ball? Or maybe some four square?

Pinks H2O Challenge

In an effort to bring this back around here I would offer the following:

Make this Pinks H2O Challenge a part of, or an event within, Velocity Fest '08.

PLAY BY THE VERY SIMPLE PINKS RULES;
1) All titles, to any craft involved, be signed and turned over to the event coordinator prior to any runs being made.
2) All titles, to any craft involved, must be free and clear of any liens whatsoever. (this, all involved, means you own it, not the bank.)
3) All monetary wagers, and/or compensatory monetary obligations, by any competitors be turned over in cash, no checks, to the event coordinator prior to any runs being made. (this, Sick, in simple terms, means you need the 100K in cash)
4) ALL participants must meet ALL of the above conditions PRIOR TO the start of the event.

Vicious 22 shall be appointed event coordinator, in his absence, Thong Fellow shall become the stand-in event coordinator, and act as directed by Vicious 22 in his position as event coordinator.

In light of the above event regulations and conditions, I'm thinking that the much anticipated "Velocity Fest '08 Pinks H2O Challenge" will end up becoming a NON-EVENT. :(

Rags you wonr be there to know. We shall set our own criteria. And by the way if somethign breaks or mechanical failer on your boat bill you loose by default that your boat could not complete the task and no fault of my own

Once you've learned how to drive a 320, they are fine up to 85 MPH but can be somewhat unpredictable after that. The truth be told, most fast 30'/32' hulls with twins big blocks are going to run loose and need some tab to settle down due to balance and a host of other factors. The 320 runs very fast with standard black Mercruiser power which incidentally, was where the market demand was and how the vast majority were powered. The big pad definitely helps at stock Mercruiser speeds but can provide too much lift for higher horsepower/speeds.
