It did not sem the least bit flims. Everything about the boat looked like quality. I also got to see a larger Velocity that came in to the dock for a while.

The V8 was not too bad on the weight issue. Boat still would fly pretty level. When we put a small live well in the back now that made it ass heavy. If had to do again would have put well in front of consol.

Not sure where they put the well in the new ones. Mike

Says it has a 30 gallon fuel tank? That does not sound right, but for that little money I guess who cares. I wonder how the floor is on that boat.

I went and looked at the boat. It followed me home . Soft spots in floor.

Congrats on that! Just hate when that happens, that is why I don't like to look at boats. So how much work to fix the soft spots?

My Sutphen will be ready soon. I was just dying to get on the water. For $4600, I'll ride around until I fall in the gas tank. Firm floors aren't all they're cracked up to be :cool-smiley-027:. Besides, it cushions the landing.

People pay big bucks in center consoles for those gel pads to stand on. Just figure that you have the built in ones. Have a great time on the water. Mike
