Hull Blueprinting

Have my 1996 260 off the trailer on dollies, just finished painting it. I'm really considering while I'm here to blueprint the hull and try to get some more speed out of it. Currently I've dropped the 454 and Bravo 1 and built a Built blown 540 and I'm buying a imco drive this spring for it.

Anyone else taken the time to Blueprint their Velocity ??? What could I expect to gain ? 1-5 mph ? depending on the hull condition and if there is a hook.

Mine was blueprinted by the factory. At the time, Kenny claimed it was good for another 1-2, but I'm not sure how you could ever really know for sure.....

I have done a few. Make shure the pad is straight and all edges are sharpe all the way up to the first lifting straight.. and go 6-7 feet up the running serf. You may pick up 1/2 -1 mph. all I have ever seen.
