Those aren't vinyl:drink:

That's a custom Gail Pak paint job mAAAAn...... Sure as hell could be vinyl though....

Show some pics of the delamination.

I agree, lots you can do yourself. May not be perfect, but most boats aren't:lolhit:

The fiberglass repair guy said he would have to completely strip it down to fix it correctly and that's why it would cost so much. I told him we could just paint the deck white and forget the stripes, but he said the paint was the cheap part.

Take a level and set it on the bubble and snap a pix...Don't make me come up there and fix it for you...Heee!

Fenntucky?! You're right in my back yard. What glass guy did you take it too? Go to Chris Mills he's not that far from you just off of M40. Where do you boat? I've never seen another 22' out here before. I can look at it too if you want.

I have to say that you just might want to have Art take a look at your boat and im sure he would be more then happy to drive out there and look at the boat other then you hauling your boat all the way to Holland . I live near G R and he drove from Holland to look at my boat and if you would like to talk with him i would be more then happy to give you his number.

NOVELOCITY ,i would like to mention that if this is something that you might want to try and repair yourself art would be glad to talk you thru this whole repair from start to finish along with coming out and looking at the boat and giving you his opinion and if you would like to see some pics of his work he has a thread titled , the Old Don Q Rum , on Glass Daves fiberglass repair section on serious offshore .

They wouldn't fix this guy's boat. De lam is definitely not a normal form of aging, the boat is only 14 years old. How many boats from the 70's and 80's are on here that don't have de lam?

Wait a minute, so there are 6 boats on here that have had hull problems that velocity fixed? What were the issues with these other boats? I'm starting to get nervous now! Maybe I had better do a close inspection on mine.
