Eric's Reality was a Quad engine 48' "APACHE"/ Cougar....... big difference from a 38 twin.....

Jordan and Mike....please save all the photos of the restoration as we will post them in the restoration section on the HORBA site.

You two and Kelly, will become automatic members of course. Sorry I didn't get a chance to chat at Cadillac's place at OFF.

Next year HORBA is having a three race USA series of offshore races. July in Michigan, Sept in NY and Ft Lauderdale to Key West in November. There is a special class for historic boats....love to have you at any... or all of the races.

Someone sent me an ariel shot of the boat-it does appear to be a 48. Ryan is most likely right. Sorry if I sent anyone on a goose chase.
Maybe some computer savy person could post the picture on this thread?

This is why real life is always much better than fiction. A great story about great people getting together in a manner that was "meant to be". When I saw the "Still Crazy" at OFF my mind was drawn to Dick and Mike and the 2 careers that might have been.

I wish you both the best of luck in this wonderful and meaningful project.
