prop. for thoroughbred with 725hp!?
 

I have a 604c.i with 725hp. Just wondering if my 30p maximus 5 blades will do the job. I need to get 5300-5400rpm

I'd be worried about the drive and not so much about the prop.

I have a rebuilt bravo xr and full hydro 2 cylinder direction.

It will offer a decent first data point but you'll likely be better off with a Bravo or Hydro QIV and they will be easier on your rebuilt drive.

Which Hull have you got i have a 280 and a five blade does not work well unless you go to a shorty drive. I run a 4 blade Bravo 32 but i got a little more power.

Ive tried bravo 30p and hydro Q1V 26p and 29p and at the end the maximus 5 blades, the maximus gave me better starting, better cruising and top speed but rev only 4900-5000rpm with 525hp. Ill try my new 725hp motor in about 2 months.ill pick up a few props and try different ones.
