Well it's that time. My 06 390 has 350 hours respectively on both 525's. Both motors are out and in the process of being torn down. Going with completely new internals and valve train. Building new. Motors to accept whipples. Was not planning on this
But water jacket leaked on cmi header starboard motor cylinder 7, thus causing intake valve to stick and make a popping type noise back through the throttle body. So in for a dime, in for a dollar. Keep ya posted.
