Jeff's Velocity sure looks great. The workmanship by Kenny H and Bruce B is first class. It sure was nice to see it running again.

The two lines coming up that go to some type of fitting. Is that for oil changes?

Good to hear it's done, looks good.

The 2 Hoses that go into a white box on the bulk head is a hi volume fresh water flush tied into the sea strainers with valves so it can be flushed in salt water. Kenny

We did install hoses on the bottom of the oil pans for oil changes they are secured to the front of the motors

looks good and good luck with it.

do not take this wrong but only as good advice - on your wiring and the crimps I would have used heat shrink crimps or you can put heat shrink sleeves over the exposed portion and use a hair dryer to seal it or use liquid neoprene - I would do this on all crimped connections that are exposed. - even ground wiring and all cables if not already done. Not only it seals the wires to the crimp from moisture & corrosion - it also helps to keep the wire in place rather than an open crimp. . just saying and again solid advice especially being Florida and any salt water boating that might take place. .

Not all of the wiring was replaced, so some of the trim pump connections, existing battery connections, etc that weren't damaged were not redone. However, all new wiring was done with heat shrink terminals and/or butt connectors.

Went for a quick ride today with my boy and we now officially have an 80 mph boat. Gonna send the props out this winter as we were on the limiters and I think there might be another mile or two in it.
