Brow Decal
 

Not sure if others need or want a new brow decal ( that's the one on front of boat) but mine was weathered. My boat is an 02 and looks brand new with the exception of the front VELOCITY decal. I called Kenny and done, it's on its way for $100.00 US. Side decals look good so no need for those. Thanks again Kenny!!!!!!

Is it the same dimensions as the old one? Mine has a small spot missing in the "y". Got a little agressive with the buffer

I believe so but can't say for sure until I get the new one. I will update post when I get new decal. Stay tuned!

Need some pics when it's on..................

I will take before and after pics.New decal should be here tomorrow so i need to get busy getting the old one off!! Im sure that process is gunna be pain in the a$$.
Spent hours this week polishing and waxing the bow, half way done! Its a process that i like to do once a year.

Cheap Harbor Freight Heat Gun ($10), makes the job a piece of cake.

That heat gun sounds like a great idea. I was debating on possibly getting some sort of mineral spirits but wasn't sure about how that would effect my gel coat. I like the heat gun idea better, decal should be here today!!!!

Ok decal is here. I guess I will have to do each letter individualy because the arch is different on the boat . That may make the job a bit easier. Keep you posted.

Heat gun to remove letters and if your arch area is gel coat, acetone to remove any sticky residue followed by a good widow cleaner with ammonia in it, than it's clean enough to apply lettering.

Well have the old decal off and in the process of applying new one. Really not to bad of a process. Pics to come soon, looking really good so far!!
